Orders

Orders placed on the BETALISS website are confirmed by phone before delivery. Prices are shown in CFA francs, all taxes included.

Payment is made on delivery, in cash or by Mobile Money, once the customer has checked the products.

Delivery fees and times depend on the selected area and are shown before the order is confirmed.

Any complaint must be reported to the delivery person on receipt or by calling +226 00 00 00 00 within 24 hours.
